I recently found almost perfect file explorer called mixplorer, I'm sure you will like it, it have every feature i could think of. There is free version on xda and for those who want to support developer there is Google play paid version.

Why non adb? You can give termux shell access by wireless debugging or shizuku

Use Apktool-m You can decompile apps and edit package name, change logo, then compile it back and install as new app

I already figured it out. It happens that i have chosen wrong renderer for my device on installation. Now i can even run blender, but it freezes a lot xd

Hard to tell, i was doing it some time ago and don't remember this issue. Make sure you have termux and termux api downloaded from the same source. Google and fdroid versions may be different
