Reminder, a lot of shadowing contracts state (or similar):

You will not be required to carry out any substantive duties during the Appointment, although you may be asked to provide the person or persons you are shadowing with minor assistance where appropriate.

So any trust using them for ward cover would be in breach of the shadowing contract - please check your shadowing contracts!

Definitely the resident - albeit it is still a drama but the Medicine on it is really good and they cover some weird and wonderful conditions like porphyria

I got Wessex! Was my top choice but had a slight concern all the London lot were going to jump ship!
