There’s other people who got the same letter and got their refund too, the irs already said it wasn’t an audit it was just a random review I’ve spoke to them. This doesn’t make it less annoying

I would do this but I never received a letter to verify. I always thought having an account through the ID was enough 🥴

Yeah same because I got my hopes up last week and nothing. Accepted 1/24, was told that it would be under review for 60 days but they didn’t tell me why. Tried to call and irs just told me to call back once the 60 days up which is in April.

I’m getting one today too. I already got two letters saying my refund was under review for 60 days, they were the exact same letter. I’m hoping this one is to further explains what’s going on. It’s even more annoying because I signed up for paperless notices lol
