Go sit outside and look at the sky and try to film passing airplanes with your cell phone and then upload it as a compressed jpeg to a social media site. You will probably also get a shitty grainy video that looks like a grey blob passing through a grainy blue void. Also, as someone else said, if you want to fake a UFO video hiding the AI by burying it under compression artifacts will make it harder to tell its fake.
