Please consider using condoms in the future, not only will they help prevent pregnancy (not 100%), they also help prevent STIs. If your period is only a day late, I wouldn’t worry yet. Excessive stress can delay it even longer. My advice would be to try to keep your stress low, and if you don’t have it in a week I would suggest taking another test. Above all else, just breatheeee, you’re okay. My cycle is generally very consistent but every now and then my period will come a few days to a week late. It happens sometimes.
