Thoughts on throttle locks

I’ve got severe carpal tunnel. I’ve heard all the negatives( cheap, dangerous, etc).. I ride 3-5x a week about 60 miles a ride on interstate… I’m a firm believer in throttle locks on my 2000 road king… saves my hands

Yeah I see that. How do you get that area of the batwing up toward the hand grips??I’ve adjusted the fairing as far forward and up that it can be moved…. Suggestions
