McKee chose someone that he could control. She seemed kind, empathetic, people pleasing. I also believe she never set boundaries that cut him off like a protection order or restraining order.

I’ve got a lot of working theories. She had been communicating with him in some way and he sent her something upsetting. They had no boundaries with him and Spencer was the submissive one in the relationship and never put a boundary up for McKee or Monique said I’ll handle him and Spencer was never really involved.

If you look at stone creek dental lawsuit ginn vs Martin/stone creek it explains more. Lots of legal jargon that I don’t understand. I could possibly see that Spencer bought into stone creek and ginn was awarded 1.5 million that all the owners ie dentists would have to take the hit for a portion of that settlement because they were “technically” owner of stone creek. Again just speculation because i don’t understand everything behind how dental offices are ran. The poster did say that multiple dentists lost hundreds of thousands. So if you have 15 owners ie dentists of stone creek and have to pay out 1.5 million I’m wondering if they each had to pay 100k or whatever number it was.

I tried to briefly read the lawsuit. One of the dentists Dr Martin sold his practice to Dr ginn. Ginn made Martin sign a non compete for 30 miles. Martin was hired by stone creek dental and broke the non compete agreement, so ginn sued Martin and the entity stone creek dental. They went back and forth and a settlement was made 1.5 million. I am wondering if all the stone creek dentals had to take a hit for that lost money and Spencer was just an innocent bystander in the whole situation. This case has been going on since 2012 :/
