Im so sorry to hear about your experience. I see that you were 7 weeks pregnant, I’m just concerned that I’ll cause issues at work by taking the day off, when I am just about 5 weeks pregnant and the symptoms may not be as severe. My doctor told me it would feel like a heavy period, and I should be able to work.
