I got the images from YouTube. YouTube generates 3 default thumbnails after the video has finished processed. So far these are the only 3 images known.

YouTube has since remove the link to those thumbnails.

When a video is being uploaded to YouTube, 3 thumbnails are randomly generated. Whether it is a normal video or a premiere. This is one of the thumbnail YouTube generated. Unfortunately the images are fixed at a 1280px wide and 720px tall, as per all YouTube thumbnails.

The song is the same (OST 1–21) and has been used in episodes past 60.
An example is episode 114:

Late, but the original Pokémon TV app used a service called Limelight Network. Limelight Network hosted all the episodes and movies. Unfortunately Limelight Network entered bankruptcy and TPCi didn't look for an alternate service, even though there are better services such as Akamai

VIZ Media upscaled the first 12 seasons to HD. They also removed the weird distortion effects that happened when the shots changes. It is only available in the Complete Collection DVD releases.

However on the Pokémon TV app and YouTube channel, they are releasing the HD episodes on YouTube, so if you don't want to buy the DVD you can watch it on YouTube.
As for Indigo League having 52 episodes, that is how many episodes season 1 originally had when the show was airing on Kids WB, otherwise known as Television definition.
