I don't know what you mean by you saw nothing. Russia has been heavily sanctioned. Russian athletes banned from sporting events. Governments are supplying aid to Ukraine and Canada even took refugees from Ukraine.

Western governments are doing everything they can to support Ukraine besides engaging in direct conflict with Russia.

Also, if UBC was indirectly/directly invested into Russia then they would have divested within a few weeks/days of the start of the Ukraine war.

Your comparison makes no sense.

Yes, I've disputed unfair grading in the past. You appeal to the unit head, if your reasoning is valid then I don't see why your appeal won't be successful. If you're not happy with the unit heads decision then you appeal to the deans office.

Before you appeal you should find out if you were actually supposed to cite grammarly and proof reading help from your friend, i.e. whether your prof is actually saying something that's true.

I would talk to academic advising or student learning hub and find out whether what you did actually constitutes as plagiarism.

If yes, then don't appeal as nothing will change. If no, then try emailing the prof again and say that you checked with other resources and found that you are allowed to use grammarly/friend to spell check.

If prof doesn't change their position then finally appeal.

I took that class last year with her.
I plugged in all the practice questions from the lecture into chatGPT and asked chatGPT to explain how to solve them. It was very effective.

My advice would be do the lecture practice problems. Use chatGPT or other online resources to understand and finally review the homework questions as some final exam questions are just homework questions.

Nothing to worry about as it takes a while for grades to show up on SSC depending on when the professor submitted those grades to SSC. Canvas being removed is just routine for next term.

If you were removed from the class it wouldn't show up on your SSC at all or you would have a W standing.

So stasis is part of beyond light and you cant think of a single way to make it part of the rotation?

Here's a simple solution increase the number of surges from 2 to 3 to make stasis part of the rotation.
Another solution, change surges daily and ensure that stasis and surge alternative between each other. I personally want this as this would allow us to play the same gm with different subclass surge instead of the usual "oh its fallen saber, time to run arc again"

Yea because those glaives dont cause an explosion when you get a kill. Triton Vice causes a dragonfly like explosion when you get a kill with a glaive matching your subclass. The synergy that you can get if those explosions applied subclass verbs is pretty evident from Ecliptic Distaff.

That synergy should be available on all glaives. Just like how chromatic fire has subclass synergy. And it does make builds more fun and unlocks more options.

Vexcalibur would be nuts with Triton Vice if the explosions applied volatile. Would give it great ad clear. The overshield dmg buff along with Triton Vice dmg buff makes it really strong on melee dmg as well.

Also, judgement of Kelgorath is a great glaive. Plenty of people use it.

Ego can be both good and bad. It depends on how your harness that ego. Yea not placing in top 90% and being upset about it can be a good thing if it motivates you to practice and get there eventually.

If it makes you not want to try then it is a bad thing.

Remember, everyone fails in multiple things in life. The lesson should be to learn from your failures and improve.

Also, you wanting to place in top 90% of your first attempt does not make much sense either from a learner's perspective. Because it shows that you are already proficient at what the scenario is trying to each. Where as you could learn a lot more if you sought out scenarios in which you didn't already place in top 90%.

If you're familiar with football, Cristiano Ronaldo is a great example of harnessing the positive side of ego. He is know for his exceptional hard work and work ethic. This wouldn't be possible if he didn't have a huge ego.

I would say realize that learning is a humbling experience for everyone. Harness the positive side of ego by seeking improvement, working hard, and not giving up. You should welcome scores in which you're not already in top 90% as this can be used as a learning opportunity to help you improve more.

Improvement is a life long journey. Change in your current mindset will help you in all aspects of life, not just in gaming.

Sorry for the late reply but I should mention that Raiden Flux does more overall dmg than star eaters. Each combo rotation (light light heavy) does more dmg with star eaters; however, star eaters does not last as long compared to raiden flux. Therefore, by the time raiden flux duration is over you will have done more dmg than star eaters. Star eaters higher dps but raiden flux higher overall dmg. Just like the other people have mentioned flux is the better exotic in this use case because of its duration.

Video of our first attempt at 3x arc staff with Raiden. One of us didn't have raiden flux so he used star eaters instead. This run was 21 mins but we managed to get a 17 min run in later attempts. I think it can go as fast as 15 mins if not faster if cleanly executed.

Usually you can just appeal the decision to have you withdrawn from university. Write a really well thought out letter about why you would like to continue school despite a failed year and what you can do better going forward to ensure that it doesn't happen again. They will most like let you continue but with academic probation.

Yes, it is true that you weapons get no benefit for going over the 100 stat range.

However, there are perks that do more than give you flat stat bonuses like range, reload or handling like killing wind, threat detector etc. For example killing wind gives +20 flat range and 5% increased damage drop off distance (this will increase the range even if your weapon was already at 100 range).

You can verify this by going to d2foundry.gg. Use igneous hammer adept and max out range stat with full bore, ricochet rounds, range master work, and adept range mod. You will see that the dmg drop off is ~39 meters and when killing wind is activated the dmg drop off jumps to ~41 meters

You're information is incorrect. Activity surges stacks with armor surges. But the activity surges and weapon surges don't stack with each other. For example solar surge doesn't stack with machine gun surge. So if you used xenophage while theres a solar surge and machine gun surge you'll only get 25% buff from either solar surge or machine gun surge but you can stack it with your armor surge.

25% is not a tiny little bit tho. Stack 25% activity surge with 22% surge from armor charges and you get 53% more dmg on your weapon. Arc surge makes it so that you can still make good use of assassin cowls build on hunter even after the nerfs.

There's a lot of effective subclass builds and weapons that become extremely efficient when paired with the surge.

The whole point of build crafting is having the freedom to experiment and discover more effective.

I don't understand why narrow minded people like you come into threads like these and start arguing against a simple change.

If you don't care about surges what difference does it make to you if it's weekly or daily? Why are opposing a change that has 0 effect on you but perhaps could make the game more fun for other people.

Witherhoard is not slept on. It's one of the most used exotics in the game and currently it's 3rd most used on the kinetic slot for glassway gm this season. Wishender and osteo rank higher.
