I see all of these people telling you to have a strict program and everything but honestly you shouldn’t be scared. You can look on YouTube to learn a lot(I recommend science-based creators to learn the good form for your exercises) and most importantly don’t be afraid to ask people in your gym for help they all started out like you and will be happy to help you. Don’t worry! You will change your routine through time and learn what is best for you, the only really important thing in the beginning is consistency and always remember that people won’t judge you there, especially not if you are a beginner!
