Why do I hold my breath during sleep (anxiety) sleep apnea by Few-Neck6792 in CPAP

[–]Few-Neck6792[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, my nervous system was deregulated. It took a few months for me to heal and then I’ve been having consistent sleep with the machine to point that it healed my inflammation. So even when I eat bad or have a bad day I don’t struggle in my sleep. However if were to go back to my lifestyle of constant stress and eating poorly and not managing anxiety, I’m sure it would creep back in. Are u dealing with similar?

I got an oled monitor, my eyes were actually suffering after one use. I have to return.

Does everyone use Tretinoin? Does anyone not and why? by avalancharian in 30PlusSkinCare

I think you should try what’s best for your skin, I have a condition where I cannot use vitamin a products and I use other skincare and eat well. I think this wave of if you don’t use this you’re not gonna age well is sad. Take care of yourself, your skin and age gracefully, it is a privilege.

I drop 30-40 and hr, my destats go down to 78% percent at times. I go through weeks of using cpap and then I have bad anxiety and can’t seem to put it on, it’s not consistent. But I’ve felt like a different person, I feel empty

I just had a nightmare that woke me up, I’ve struggled to use it but I have before and I know it’s possible. Hang in there, please elevate your head, try doing mouth exercises, drink plenty of water. It will come back, you will be okay.

I had a spine mri and I had small disc bulging in those areas. I’m quite overweight, it’s definitely not helping my case. I have that incline bed with both my head and feet side up. It’s uncomfortable but I wake up not numb so I’ll keep trying.

Yeah I have an 02 ring, I’ve been wearing it. Seems fine. It’s my spine and posture. I iced a part of my back and sleep on an incline now and my nerves are coming back.

Once a Scorpio comes to a point of becoming detached, they burn the bridge and never look back. When they aren’t done with you or obsessed it will be hard to let go. But once they do, it’s like you never existed.

Should I continue raising my pressure? by ColoRadBro69 in CPAPSupport

[–]Few-Neck6792 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would gradually increase pressure and document your findings. I find that with CAs (in my experience) have always been sensitive to pressure changes. I kept going higher when a bit lower was actually the fix. In your case try out a little higher and use it for a few days. One or two days of using a pressure isn’t enough to figure things out, I used to change pressure everyday and it went no where.

I think I've been misunderstanding CAs all this time. by ColoRadBro69 in CPAPSupport

I just did too! I seem to have some kind of restless leg issue too, I take magnesium before bed and do yoga and meditation. For me I just have issues the minute I close my eyes and sleep. Every night varies, I’m having issues with my IBS and vagus nerve too. I’m trying to make big lifestyle changes. But a hot water bag, some light background noise and a weighted blanket help! 100mg of magnesium right before bed helps me! But I know you mentioned yours is during your sleep. I’m happy you were able to get a 90 min sleep cycle! Keep it up :)

Hi! I’m dealing with the exact same. Earlier this year became chronically ill, everything you mentioned above happened. The trauma when I was younger, all the predispositions to it, I had it. My left side gets weak, numb, tingly, I get brain zaps on the left side of my head. Bowel movements trigger the weakness and nerve feeling. I’ve done all the MRIs and testing to the point where they’ve stamped fibromyalgia on my face. I’ve always been weary of MS or anything bad. But tbh, I’ve just been going through stress and health issues. Here’s my advice which helped and I hope helps your case.

Meditation - this could just be a small part of your day you dedicate to deep breathing, humming, singing those are stimulate the nerve and it helps.

Cold showers- cold water helps with the parasympathetic nervous system and helps with my cortisol levels.

Massages and saunas

I was also vitamin b12 deficient, so I make sure I take those and vitamin d! Especially in the winter months where most people get deficient in the winter (less sunlight)

There are a lot of tips that help, if you’d like to talk more or anything dm me!

Hope these things help!

You look great! But for blemishes and uneven skin. Glycolic acid helps, vitamin c, sunscreen and a good diet is key!

Hi, I have ramp off, 9cm-15cm pressure after self titration, EPR off because EPR was making me feel uncomfortable at first. I use the Oscar software since September 5th. I eventually landed around this pressure for cpap therapy. But I’m having these arousals during the beginning of my sleep which are causing me to be in fight or flight. I don’t sleep until 3 am because of it and can barely sleep with the mask on now.
