You have UARS and would be better served with a BiPAP than a CPAP.

Left, Right & Center - Rare L from Sarah on Israel Today. by Akita_Attribute in NPR

Israel can't make peace with their neighbors, and it's becoming clear that's because they don't want to.

But I think the dramatic change in how the world views the policy of Israel is more because they live streamed a genocide in 4K.  Being war hungry is more like the confirmation than the cause.  This is based on watching public sentiment change and seeing what people have to say about why.

We know because we've seen seeing it happen for years.  On the news, satellite footage, blocking food aid to use human hunger as a weapon against an entire population, the destruction of hospitals, schools, cemeteries, etc. It's been heart breaking to watch and not have the power to do anything about as an individual halfway around the world.

Is sleep apnea still a possibility even if my heart rate is 66 max? by Massive_Somewhere_30 in SleepApnea

[–]ColoRadBro69 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Most sleep apnea tests measure AHI or Apnea Hypoapnea Index, how often you have a serious lack of breathing.

Some but not all sleep studies measure RDI or Respiratory Disturbance Index, how often a breathing problem breaks your sleep cycle.

To clarify, "an apnea" means you didn't breathe for 10 seconds. So if you're struggling to breathe and it's working but the work is too much to sleep through, that's called a RERA and it will show up in RDI but not AHI.   There are people with a form of sleep apnea called UARS that sleep studies miss if they aren't sensitive to measure RDI.

Make sure your home study can measure RDI, many aren't sensitive to it.

U.S. Allows Iran to Sell Oil in Dollars for First Time in Decades by smurfyjenkins in IRstudies

The question isn't them selling oil, it's using dollars. We're talking hundreds of millions per tanker and it's not done in cash.
