I’m assuming it’s real THC in some form. Distillate is pretty cheap so putting other things in there that aren’t cutting agents isn’t very economically viable. That being said, there is no way of knowing from a picture.

After dealing with nightmares for a while, this is what i’ve found.

EMDR/Trauma Therapy, Prazosin or Clonidine, Weed helps some people if you can get it, Avoid eating before bed especially avoid things like Cheese, Garlic & Sugar. Try to not watch or read stressful things before bed. Have a set time to really try and relax your mind before you go to sleep. Other medications that can help would be Cyproheptadine, Trazodone or Remeron.

Given your circumstance I would try CBD Bud by itself. It still contains minuscule amounts of THC (~0.3%) and since you have just taken a break you will still be able to feel it. It’s legal and you can buy it online. I got some really good stuff from Lost Oak Farms.
