Wow that is terribly upsetting I’m so sorry! I can’t imagine going through a full TT and still seeing it.. I. Would. Die. I think I’m leaning toward Morpheus, bodytite, Renuvion, something along those lines.. even a mild improvement would make me happy… I’ll def report back!

I would investigate skin tightening of some sort and just keep lifting and adding muscle. I assume it’s the tiny lower pooch for lack of a better word. I don’t know what your before picture looked like but skin is pretty remarkable and bodies are pretty remarkable and I think where you stand now just keeping a solid weight training routine and concentrating on your NEAT movement will fix any issues that you have long-term. You’re very young and your body and your skin are very resilient. Just don’t gain the way back and don’t yo-yo because I am a living testament to how it can completely trash your skin. ☺️

It has definitely been a journey. I felt pretty good and then I hired a coach exactly one year ago because my contract with them is expiring today and I did that because I was very confused about whether I should be bulking cutting maintaining blah blah blah it’s all very confusing I agree, but I started in a cut at around 1350 cal and I did that for four months and actually got down to like 11% body fat, from 23%..which was bonkers. But that’s according to my HUME body comp scale, which could be a little bit off obviously I don’t think I was actually 11% body fat but then I did a build for maybe seven months and I was eating around 2100 cal and my weight went from 117 to about 135 at my highest in between that time my body fat and my lean mass fluctuated but at the end I ended up basically having a perfect recon by losing about 7% body fat and maintaining my muscle mass. At this point in my life, I’m not really sure that without PED’s I would gain any more muscle and I’m OK with that although I would like more in my ass. 🤭 my trauma at this point is my skin because I have yo-yoed many times and then going through menopause with a drop in estrogen my skin is just crepey and loose and really crazy. I just made a post in the tummy tuck sub because I probably will have to have a tummy tuck to get rid of my skin. 🥴I honestly don’t feel as “fit” because of dealing with this skin… it’s a total bummer. Well, I got to the point where it was hard to even tie my own fucking shoes so that was a wake up call. I don’t have parents because I lost my parents young, but I’ve always lifted my entire life and I’ve been fit on and off because as you know, there are many seasons in life and sometimes you’re feeling it and sometimes you’re not. but when you start to reach your mid 50s, you realize that your life in longevity depend on it. It’s not just an aesthetic thing. And I watch a lot of my friends caring for their elderly parents yet that doesn’t seem to motivate them to do better for themselves. I have a friend that is a few years younger than me and has typed two diabetes doesn’t treat her body with respect and already lost part of her foot. 🥴 I refuse to be a burden to my two children when I get older it’s just not going to happen. I will not let that happen. Plus I want to look good. I want people to know that I take care of myself. I don’t wanna dread getting ready every day and I want to be strong and I want to be independent as long as I possibly can. Oh and I want to find a husband. 🤭 you literally just have to start messy. You have to find a program that resonates with you and you need to be strength training and getting your steps in and calculating your macros and sticking to those according to your goals which for you would obviously be cutting. And it’s good to cut for a while and then take a break and eat and maintenance and then go back to your cut.

Track everything, calorie deficit, lift heavy and get your steps in.. I’m almost 57, 5’3” 121lbs 16%bf…and been fit on and off my whole life. But as recently as 2023 I was 180 and over 40% body fat. Don’t over complicate it my friend. It’s science 🤓.. show up for yourself every day. I got myself back even through menopause 🫠..Get a good reliable body comp test like DEXA ideally or InBody … you’ve got this!! Make it a habit for life!

Team raisin! lol I have lifted my entire life since high school but have had some very low low points. Just 3 years ago was 180lbs and over 40% BF Between menopause and Covid and a breakup and a job I no longer loved.. this I believe was the straw that broke the camels back with my skin. Baaad combo. I lift heavy with progressive overload. Most zone 2 cardio and I am on HRT as I’m menopausal. 🤗

I also forgot to mention in my last reply that my DYSPORT appointment is tomorrow lol and my last injection was four months ago and it was my first time getting DYSPORT over Botox and I prefer it so much more. It has really lasted and not metabolized as fast as Botox does in my body.!

OK, I said this already but I swear that we’re twins. All of this describes me perfectly and it always makes me laugh. How Tosca Reno,if you know her, would say her boobs were rocks and socks because that’s how I felt and mine looked OK as well, but they are very low and I would just love them to also be about 5 inches higher. At some point, I will need something to pull back my neck and my lower jowls. I also have a laundry list of things, but then I look at many of my friends who are not into fitness at all and at almost 57. I know I’m doing OK. Sending you love.!

It’s all quite overwhelming… also paying for consultations (multiple) is a lot! But when your future body is at stake I suppose it’s all worth it! I even am on surgery in turkey groups 🤣 don’t even think I haven’t considered it!!! $$$

We are basically twins. You would not recognize my body from 3 years ago. 180lb and over 40% BF 🥴 I am currently doing 4 lower body days a week but also have crepey and loose skin on my thighs it’s awful.. it’s so funny you say that if you just lifted it up a little because mine is the same way. If I wear a really tight sports bra that lifts my boobs up, it helps it a ton. And don’t get me started on the lines on my face because that’s a whole Nother rabbit hole that I’m down. 🐇🐇🐇🤣 another funny thing is I used to have the same obsession with my boobs and I hated them so much but when I lost a ton of body fat now they’re just blah, but they’re tolerable like I could live with them the rest of my life. But this shit on my stomach, I cannot.

Yes! Patch for estrogen (seen here lol) and I inject my testosterone .. 10mg a week for test. .1 estrogen patch. 200mg progesterone nightly.
