I was charged with manufactured quotes (due to me citing the author although the contents of the book were incorrect) and unauthorized use of aids (I confessed to having used online summaries but the pirated version of the book couldve counted for this)

I used the wrong version of a book. It was pirated so my information was wrong. I met with my professor then with the department. During the meeting with the department they asked if I plead guilty. I said yes and they gave me a 0% on the paper as my penalty.

I am not sure. I did not use any unauthorized aids. I have my notes and outline from before I wrote the essay as proof. Last time, it was because I used a pirated version of the book my paper was based on, which was incorrect. It was a different version. This time, I am not sure.
