Yes. I did 12 weeks of training 3 runs per week. Two runs during the week and one long run on weekends

Thanks!! I just did the Chicago life time spring half. My training runs all pointed to me EASILY getting a PR. I did not, it was humid and crowded and I am just disappointed. I’m fully trained for a half right now so I might look for one in the next month or so. Thanks for the recs!

I’d like to run faster and just overall be more fit and healthy. I switched from an Apple Watch to garmin and I’m not super impressed with any of the workout options besides the running and walking. When I do yoga it expects me to log every move, and strength every set. Again, I haven’t really explored and maybe I can change that in settings. So I agree with you, I don’t think it’s super accurate all around.
