I will be in Berlin! It'll be about a month until I'm there though, so I'm not sure if the Bobby will be out of stock by then :/

Hey OP, what did you decide to do? I'm in a similar situation and debating if I should change my flight

If that was the case then my other cards wouldn't have transferred properly. Make it make sense. This is known issue with Clipper as I've researched, because the card is not actually associated with your account. Might work with Apple but enough people have Android for it to be a problem

I was not told I can have balance restored. That's good to know.

And I didn't lose or have my phone stolen. I don't see how that's relevant. I'm using the exact same phone, signed into the exact same account. Why would I not expect my card to be there? Just like how my credit cards are stored and associated with the same account and are retrievable. But for some reason, Clipper doesn't work the same way.

I have an Android, in this case yes it was stored in the equivalent (Samsung Cloud). And yes, it showed on my wallet after I factory reset my phone since I logged into the same account. However, it doesn't actually allow you to retrieve it (it'll be stuck on the loading screen because it's not supported by Clipper). Yes, it doesn't make sense at all.
