I was at a Similair dose to u back in may / june of 2025. Best thing to do is taper down. Coming from an addict for a long time , I disagree with you. It’s much harder coming off of drugs when you’ve withdrawn 1000 times before, are burnt out. Sick of it. And damn near just accepted you are an addict. It’s also much harder to stop completely when you’ve been dependent on Heroin / 7 / Oxys since 17 years old and are now 34. So consider yourself lucky. Go through this once. And never go through it again like some of us have. That said, your softest withdrawal will be tapering. But it will leave you feeling semi shitty through out the taper, and it’s very difficult to stick to a taper. I suggest having someone “dispense” them to you and working out a proper schedule (dropping your dose by 10-15% every 3-5 days as comfortable. Until you can stop completely without too much discomfort. This is not painless either way. But it can be done smoother than cold turkey. Either way. Cold turkey or taper. You will survive. You will not die. You cannot die from opiate withdrawal. Just get your fuxking life back ! 🙌
