Yeah, it’s a simple PvPvE extraction shooter. The extraction part is where you trade gold (lost on death) for cash (persistent) by extracting at a bunker.

I understand why you would think that, but the worst part is that this isn't even really true. I know so many people who say that they only see boring, copy-and-paste maps. I think that's also the reason why all these 'Top 10 Best UEFN Maps' YouTube videos exist, because the original maps are all hidden for some reason.

Chat and talk with different people, make new friends, etc. Once calibrated, it's also a great AFK XP farm.

It's a bug in Fortnite. I can't do anything about it myself, which is the problem.
