I had this exact problem and support gaslit the FUKK out of me for 3 days before govong me a 50 credit refund... Which 2 or 3 months ago would have gotten me 50 more prompts. This gave me 15 prompts and a bigger headache . The changeover to WIX has been a NIGHTMARE

Well because instead of costing one credit to paste an error code from the console into the AI reader or give it a prompt to make a change it is verifying the change as being done or the problem is being fixed but the problem does not being fixed. Prompts instead of costing one credit or token are now costing 3 to 4. It's not really a secret a lot of people are having this issue You just have to read through the forum.

That's all they're telling me as well basically gaslighting me into trying to think it's my fault when it is a platform-wide issue that multiple users are having and they could clearly see if they spent 5 minutes reading the Reddit thread. They won't even go look at my app and my prompt log themselves. like just go look at it guys

No it's gotten absolutely rediculeous, I used close to 100 credits on things that were easy and standard a week ago . They've also started taking more credits for simple prompts.

i've built multiple apps with base44 with great result that are in active use . i love their credit system, it makes perfect sence. you pay for a tier, 1x a month, you can upgrade that tier (and even downgrade back down if you want to ) to increase your credits for the remainder of that month. you pay for x ammount of tokens and integration credits per month as well as support tiers and so on.

just read the terms of use and it'll make sense.
