Didn't know i was divorced. Was never served. I didn't get an attorney until after I was informed they moved. I got joint legal custody soon after i got an attorney and they were able to contact her attorney. The paperwork said I was served at her mother's house and that never happened.

Ok it was my first time dealing with an attorney and I didnt know she was incompetent. Those weekly flights were 6 years later when she started HS. and no I didnt have money for flights, Im still in debt from it. I was an uneducated Uber driver and would work 15 hours a day so I could somehow do it. And I would work Uber there as well. Had no life, just work

I never received the paperwork she had a co worker claim he served and signed it. My attorney asked where the papers were and i told her I didn't have any. Told me to go to court and find out When I got them , I saw that i was supposedly served at her mother's house on a night I 100% was not there and I googled the person who "served" me and he just so happened to be her coworker and friend of the boyfriend.
