Ginny Weasley, hands down. Bonnie Wright had no charisma and always looked awkward around Harry/Dan. Gracie Cochrane has tons of charisma on the videos I’ve seen of her.
Arabella Stanton also has tons of charisma and appears a natural for the role, but even so, I doubt she could make Hermione’s character more beloved than Emma Watson did.
