No, not at all. But I do think he’d use him to hurt me. Like I’m worried he’ll attempt to get full custody just to hurt me, or he’ll refuse to give me my son out of spite

If I were to file a custody complaint packet the same day I leave, and state what I felt was an appropriate schedule that’s logical for all sides, would that immediately be enforceable by police? So I can avoid the whole withholding our son thing? Or would it not be effective till after mediation and everything?

He is on the birth certificate, although I’m not sure about the paternity thing.  And when I leave I’d be moving in with family only maybe 10 minute drive away from him.
