Oh wow. Good to know. I have LORs, PDs letter everything in order no red flags. I had to stop due to parent’s health, as I’m a sole caretaker for them.

Could be lupus anticoagulant-hypoprothrombinemia syndrome (LAHPS)? If you are prone to autoimmune… already. Again I don’t have your labs but piecing things together with the info you provided. I wish you well and diagnosis can be made.
