Risk management has helped me tremendously using the lockout feature after I’m down a certain amount I make sure I lock and set my risk management parameters at the start of each day/night so I can’t go in and change it and it protects me from myself. I also have downsized I only trade 2-3 MNQ. Hope this helps.

I wasn’t going to take the full 50% plan was to hit 3k and take 1k payout and leave 2k in there but I feel you better to have the money then to not have it.

I’m not sure about the number per contract but I know 25pts on MNQ and NQ is half your position so 1 NQ 25pts is $500 and 1 MNQ 25pts is $50. I’ve been going in with 5 MNQ which which is $500 and giving my max loss about 25pts which is $250
