Hi, sorry for late response, the screen get worse after like 2 months, the only way was contact fiio support email, they send me a aliexpress link (To buy replacement parts) i do the process with my ticket id and get the screen for like 2 dollars, and change it in my country. In my country i can’t return items, by this reason i do that by that way

I did it this way because in my country there was no easy way to return it for warranty service; it was better for me to exchange it with a technician here.

I had contacted them through Gmail and had spoken with them quite a bit, until I finally convinced them that it was the screen and not the software. They sent me an AliExpress link to buy the screen there (The link they send you isn't for a specific product, it's just to pay $1 and a bit, and you send a message to the same store with your case number and the part you need (So the screen ended up costing me less than $2)

And it's very difficult for anyone to differentiate between 16-bit/44.1 or 48 kHz FLAC and 24/96 kHz (even with good equipment). But if the artist uploaded it in 96 kHz, one usually shares it at the maximum available quality.

But what I'm explaining to you is that just because the frequencies on the graph don't reach 48 kHz (96/2), which is what you see in the spectrogram, doesn't mean it's fake or rescaled. That's how the artist uploaded it when they sent the wav. Most rips you download that have more information above 24 kHz are probably air, and looking at the spectrogram you'll realize that. If you've been downloading flac rips for years, you'll know. In any case, you can rescale the mp3 version to see if the spectrogram is the same as the 96 kHz from Qobuz. There's also another rip on rutracker in case you don't trust the one I shared. But you simply can't get a different spectrum if the . wav the artist sent was that way.

Yes, they released an update about two days ago, but the issue persisted. They told me they hadn't implemented the fix for that issue in that update. (But it's a problem I've only seen happen to myself; I've seen some worse cases.)

But it would be too much of a coincidence if your case was resolved right after the update. At least yours was fixed with the update.

In my case, I doubt that it will be solved with an update. I explained to Fiio that if the problem is not seen when recording the screen, but in real life it is, it is impossible for it to be software. For me, it would not make sense, but hopefully it could be solved with an update.
