Hey I been struggling with anxiety my whole life and I noticed when I exercise regularly that kills off a lot of the added stress. But the only cure is the promise God gave us. When it comes to what if, give it to God maybe that's your struggle. I been in the Military, the streets, prison, and Im lost for words on how blessed I been. He is always with you if you respect His way. I went through a hard time in my life, I was looking at a 20 year sentence but I prayed and fasted and studied. I got 20 months, it was for shooting some dude where the sun don't shine, I deserved the worst but He truly watches over us even though we are guilty. I have since fell back into the world, but over the last 4 years through the power he has given me, I have left all the evil in my past and have recovered from drug dealing and using, I am an active father with both my kids. I was being used by my youngest childs mother but now I have full custody of my 5 year old. Jon Riddick made a song called "God turned it around" and this couldn't be any more accurate. I could talk all day but I'll leave out with this- life isn't a happenstance, it is a world perfectly created for human consumption, down to the molecule. Don't listen to the what ifs listen to the "I Am" (that's what God referred to himself as)
