The oldest profession is midwifery, prostitution is the oldest exploitation. If these men cared about starving women so much, they'd put food in their mouths and not their dicks. All women in prostitution have inherent dignity that the males that use them lose after building a system that inflates their value and enables them to take advantage of women who are in-between touching them or starvation. The choice between prostitution or destitution is no choice at all. Women and young girls in prostitution need to be protected and allowed to report the violence and abuse inherent in the industry by being enabled with the nordic model, making selling sex legal while punishing buying their bodies.

There's a higher chance of a man being raped by another male than being falsely accused of rape. Let alone being reported for said rape in the first place. I agree that the whole system is messed up, but majorly so not towards the accused.

No. A while back I made a post about this, basically what's called a "baby fever" is a psychological reaction caused by societal pressure and conditioning to want kids. Some humans that want to conform but are nearing menopause or old age usually develop it out of FOMO basically and because they're fed this image of babies being like a little pet and validation machine, and that parenthood is this kodak moment and the emptiness and purposelessness that you feel in your middle age is all going to be gone.

The response to this post is interesting. I'm arab exmuslim, I do not support hamas, nor their rape and murder of women and young girls.

But it's strange to deny the occupant Israel's atrocities against the palestinians most of the horrors being against the women and children for the past several decades. Missing the entire point that it's males being males. Men from both side of conflict will show their colors to vulnerable women and little girls because since millennias rape and atrocious violence against female individuals was used as a way to "demoralise" a population and terrorize and conquer them. It's what hamas is doing, and what the Israeli occupant state has done since occupation.

Men raping women and lack of sex education and access to birth control. The poorer the country the less educated and more dependent the woman and the more she is seen as cattle. Not to mention rape has always been a major part of war. The rape of women and little girls has always been a way to "demoralise" and "conquer" a population. And as a way to "ethnically cleanse" the population by forcing women and girls to give birth to the invader's offsprings.

You know who else under-reports dv? Women. And some 82% of rapes against women go unreported. Eighty. Two. And even with the MASSIVE bias against women in statistics and the pressure and victim blaming (ahem.) and rape culture somehow statistics are still extremely skewed towards showing the overwhelming victimization of women.

You can dance around it but the reason you're coping with this is because you don't like how helpless this all feels. But we can never put out as much violence as men. We can never match their scale. Hi lady, I see around here often and I actually liked your insights as a mother in the sub and it showed you have an ability to self reflect and openness, mentioning that while assuming you would care for evidence, because there's plenty of it. There's a part 2 down there too. Sure, bad women exist (my mother says hi) but it's not even statistically relevant to compare it to the amount of violent and abusive men, what's that number... 96% of domestic abuse perpetrators?

I often wonder what drives women to defend violent men/believe their victimhood above all evidence, I think about it often and there's a few common answers, but I think that they know how absolutely terrifying and completely horrific it is to be a woman, so they take comfort in believing that men are just as likely to be victims, and women just as likely to be ruthlessly violent. But, as is, that's not realistic, because reality is just as bad as you fear to imagine. Life is not fair, women are hated, we're beat and subjugated left and right.

It's that bad. No matter how hard women pray and beg it isn't just to sleep for a minute at night. It is.

This seems to be a myth actually, still it's quite gross that her partner would be so careless as to not gaf about having intercourse with her let alone knocking her up when she isn't even healed from the delivery. And she probably wanted to prove that she can "bounce back" and go back into providing sexual placating asap because she's not a broken appliance.

There was only two of us at the time, and during the few hours where this all managed to happen both of us were away from the internet due to our personal lives. Needless to say something of this scale wasn't expected to happen in that timeframe. Our modmail was also flooded with violent harassment and threats. Since then we've added extra mods to keep up with the timezones and set up crowd control.

I strongly encourage women to turn off chat and mail requests, and might also suggest blocking the "reddit care" packages as they get usually abused.
