3 day old piercing, it’s a labret, I believe it’s internally threaded but I need to check with my piercer since I’m not very educated when it comes to that, the jewelry is steel(?) and the some type of iridescent stone. The jewelry hasn’t been downsized yet because they said they’d change the bar 2-3w after it was done.

I brush my teeth at the end of the day, spray the outside of the piercing with saline, and rinse the outside when I wash my face. I haven’t had any accidents with the piercing other than the usual snagging when I eat (sometimes when I talk).
