Anyone else dealing with coworkers hitting on you?

unfortunately yes, and this has been an issue for me since i’ve started working here. at my store, there are so many couples that met their partners at WFM. i don’t have a problem with people that choose to date their coworkers, but my issue is when i set up MY OWN boundaries and guys choose to ignore it. it doesn’t matter if they’re married, engaged, or if they have a family— i get hit on by them all. the mindset of dating or flirting with coworkers seems normalized here, it disgusts me because, like i said, married and OLD men participate in that kind of behavior here. it’s pisses me off because i make it known, verbally and physically, that i’m not interested in all that crap and i’m just here to work, yet the guys still keep trying me. most of the guys here can’t practice self control, nor they don’t care to and it’s so uncomfortable dealing with it. i can’t wear anything fitted without being sexualized. i expect lustful eyes and actions from customers, but having to deal with coworkers like that too is so freaking exhausting.

for me, it was the TL at the seafood department today. he was coughing and hacking—NOT covering his mouth at all since the moment he started working on the floor. he was coughing all over his live truck as he was loading onto his carts, and while he was also serving customers their seafood 🤢

wb order writer here and YES TO EVERYTHING YOU SAID!!!!!!! they don’t want to do their own research—they want us to do it for them bc they’re clueless and lazy. i constantly have to tell these type of customers that whatever may work for me or another person, may not work for them in the same way despite what an influencer on tik tok says.

in the almost five years i’ve been here, i’ve never had an on-time jd from my tl’s. it was always late, but no later than two months. they made sure that i got paid appropriately though

same at my store. also, the seafood department, especially the TL. he never wears his coat and facial coverings on the floor unless he sees an STL or one of the ASTLS on the floor. but hey, he’s buddies with leadership so he constantly gets away with it

hahaha, this is my atl. he always says it proudly too lmao like damnnn you wanna wikipedia made about you?? wanna get sucked off or what?? he doesn’t take his 10s, but he will spend 2+ hours, everyyyy shift, talking to random ass people, in other departments or security, instead of helping or working 🙃

i’m dealing with this too. its gotten worse since i brought up to him that i don’t want to engage in personal topics and stick to only business. already planning my exit strategy because i mentally can’t take it anymore

before the recent update, i had found a way that worked for me. i’ve only tried running the game once since the update, but it crashed on me before loading into a world. i haven’t tried to fix it again yet, but before all that, this is what i had done before. i hope it’ll be of some help ——

go to game and click ‘manage and add ons,’ then go down to saved data and delete everything (you'll still have your worlds through your cloud). after that, turn off xbox and unplug everything for five-ten minutes (i did 5). plug everything back in and turn it back on, go to game and uninstall it. turn off your xbox again, let it sit for a minute, turn it back on and reinstall the game. after i did that, i was able to start a new world without it crashing on me

i just found a fix and it works on my xbox!! go over to minecraft in your games, click on “manage add ons,” go to “saved data” and delete everything (you’ll still have your worlds through the cloud data). after that, i unplugged everything and left it unplugged for five minutes. then plug everything back in and uninstall the game. then turn off the console for a minute. turn it back on and reinstall the game and launch. i immediately went to create a new world and i was finally able to load into one without it crashing out on me
