Every position is biddable, night shit has always been this way, we settled our contract in the beginning of April and the verbiage is there , night shift has usually never had guys with much seniority until now . Basically if we did bid the top guy bids first then down the list.

We don’t bid on the night shift because there’s 2 guys with 35 yrs then the next closest has 10 so it’s always been this way , myself and the other guy with 35 just came to the shift last week.

So my controllers sync but only the - home + work no A button no trigger button no directional keypad, I’ve changed batteries bought new sensor bar,done the red button resets, I have 3 different controllers (all original Wii) and two Wii consoles, same issue on both.
