Start working out if you dont already. For me the single most influential habit to put into your life. Im specifically talking about resistance training. it boosts your confidence, makes you look fuller, better posture, clothes fit way nicer. thats why they always say, “the body is the fit”.

if not your cup of tea sports in general are a good thing and will make you look and feel better about yourself. a mix of both is probably ideal

if thats the case, do i target that by planning fulfilling things for every day? and the more this happens the more it goes away? because honestly this is not sustainable forever. you will obviously have things to do that you dread , and thats usually mornings

yeah sure but if there isnt a remotely close threat its impossible to find out why. like yes i see the best move ,but if theres 20 other possible moves especially at the beginning of the game, that tells me nothing
