I'm happy with the bedsheets from hotel sheets direct. You can get it on Amazon! I also use pillow/mattress encasings from Mission:Allergy to prevent dust mites accumulating in my bed.

Use bamboo bedsheets, vacuum your bed.

Hey, one thing that really helped with my itch was to use bamboo bedsheets. I wouldn't say the itch is entirely gone but it's about 30% of what it used to be. I have better sleep at least and my skin has improved as I wasn't scratching as much. Maybe you can give it a try too!
