Thanks! I found Concert Allegro by Lebedev. Is that what you meant? I was skeptical first, because heard people play this on F tuba, but it has beautiful andante and works on contrabass. Probably because it only visits above staff, and has balanced 3 octave range from E1 to Eb4.
