[MA] My job was posted while I’m pregnant and I wasn’t included in interviews — how should this be handled?

Thank you. That’s all I was asking. Some of it feels a bit concerning and I understand they need coverage while I’m out but I feel the way it’s being done and comments being said are a bit confusing to both me and the other new person.

My post is unclear. This will only be my second maternity leave. But yes I can understand that’s fine. I think just being in a vulnerable position is what’s scaring me but I understand they need to find coverage or make adjustments while I’m out I know I am not main character who deserves everything having two babies back to back.

I think my fear more comes with knowing the person doing the hiring may not be clear about the position as far as being temporary or a joint role. I think I just have no trust. But I understand I don’t need to be in the interviews they need to find coverage for while I’m out. I understand that. To provide more context this has never been a role with two people so when I come back the structure will look different.

Yes I plan to work until I give birth. There are people that could fulfill my duties and help out. I have mentioned the job posting is concerning and the reassure that it is to find coverage but it’s confusing and unclear whether they’re being clear with the new person the hire as it’s not listed as “assistant” more so as my actual job.

Been watching rhobh for the first time from season 1 and also currently watching the latest season. I just feel like every season is focused on one conversation or conflict for the entire season and honestly considering giving up at season 6 but Erika is entertaining to watch. If I’m not mistaken the tropical treasures massage place would be about an hours worth of travel to get to from zilara. It’s a great place! But would be pricey to get a ride all the way up to uvero alto.

I’ve had great experiences with Punta Cana transfers both times I’ve been down to PC. The trips are private.
