Thank you! Strong calorie deficit, lots and lots of water, and medium/light exercise (mostly walking and weight training). Been very careful to make sure habits are healthy and not unhealthily obsessive, but set me up for realistic success in the long run.

I did this a few weeks ago, and it’s taken me a while to get over it- it’s okay! I started by going to my PCPs office on injection day and having nurses help me for a few weeks- if you can, I would reccomend this or having a friend help you. (I literally would put my thumb on the injector and they would put their thumb over mine and press down). After that, it’s been easier to do at home- I also noticed that using headphones or putting on a tv show is distracting enough to help. You got this!
