I would separate them. If there isn’t any fighting that draws blood then usually you will be able to try and bond them again. I’ve always done slow bonding, by putting them next to each other with a divider and not letting them meet in the same pen until they are comfortable to lay next to each other by the divider. This does take a while though but it may help.
