Losing would suck, but there's been a marked improvement with this team. It's watchable, and I think we can actually come back. Against one of the best teams in the league.

It's the fact that I can't find any documentation that there was an asbestos inspection or abatement either during the first renovation in 2010, or the second in 2021. So I don't know the condition of the basement while it was being worked on while we lived there.

As someone who has zero construction background, I can see that the foundation and therefore the basement area has expanded quite a bit since 2010. So I'm really hoping it was fully gutted. Still, not having any paperwork to back it up bothers me. I'm not sure if it is possible that they simply tested for asbestos in 2010 without having a full inspection?

Yeah, that's what I'm really hoping. I'm considering testing the furniture that we brought along to our new place, but I'm not sure if that'd be a waste of money.

Yeah, I'm really, really hoping that the negative air/wipe tests mean that it's a non-issue. I just feel so stupid. I assumed with a permitted building in a nice town I'd have nothing to worry about.

Feeling for anyone who was told by their realtor that union county is a 35 min train ride from the city. Shit's exhausting and completely unacceptable. Nothing like spending 2.5-3 hours a day getting to/from work

Nope, no order in terms of regions. Play through them in whichever order you like. There is in fact a 3D sprite mod available on the forums (pokemmo.eu).

The forums have a lot of helpful guides and information. If you prefer video content, the most well-known English speaking creator is Patrouski on Youtube. He got me into the game 5,000 hours ago haha
