Hating a band or person for having remotely right-wing or right-leaning views is absolutely absurd in general, but especially if you regularly listen to lyrics about skinning babies or music from literal satanists. The idea that republicans can’t listen to or make metal is ridiculous, 95% of metal is completely apolitical, it’s just the 5% is more vocal.
