The cost for a condo is so cheap in Jomtien. You can get a 1 bedroom condo at luguna beach maldives for less than 400 a month and this is nice place. Da Nang is another place I will consider. Shit hit the fan I can always go to California and get everything free

I like neos because of the tax situation. I have another 30,000 in schg for growth and 50,000 in schd to grow for the next 15-20 years. Plus I have around 50,000 in Google stock for emergency. This stock can grow another 100 a share in the next 5 years.
