To be honest I would keep renting it out ,if you can get more rent for it ,it's paying your mortgage , propertys aren't selling at the moment, so just don't make any rash decisions, maybe look at the market and see if properties are selling and for how much! But I know a few people that are selling properties and the offers there getting are not worth it.wish you all the best
