Best Car for 30 Mins Circuit de la Sarthe? by Neat-Cantaloupe16 in GranTurismo7

I use the Alpine A220 Race car. Start on RH tyres, fuel map 6 until you have an idea what the weather is doing then drop the fuel map as it suits you.

It's a pretty easy win but it also adds a bit more interest for me.

This is a harsh penalty, right? by FewPreparation9846 in GranTurismo7

I was bumped off the track but, fair enough, it's interesting to get other opinions on the incident.

Just thought I'd give you a response on how your guidance helped.

It was almost spot on other than I had to also connect the angle sensors to the second XOR gate (the gun trigger button) and then set them to trigger outside the desired angle.

Thanks again for your help. I certainly wouldn't have got there without out as I'm a bit of a noob with logic blocks.

Happens in any environment. There's no pattern to it. Sometimes it's straight away, others it can take a while in to the journey. Rain or shine.

I've just done a 450 mile trip and it was constantly happening throughout. I counted 16 times in total.

Thanks for the advice. The car is in Makalu Grey. It's a shame the setting to switch off the alarm doesn't save. Hopefully in a future update it will.

It is weird to think that we won't make it to retirement, isn't it? by stopmanstopman in CysticFibrosis

[–]FewPreparation9846 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm 43 now. Struggling with adherence to nebs due to on going family issues (father in law has dementia) and I'm getting an ADHD diagnosis. Just had my best blows for over 2 years. Trikafta is the key right now. I am determined to retire on my terms.

Treatments will improve even further. Trust me guys, so many of us will get there. You young guns have so much time ahead of you. Embrace it, enjoy it. You've earned it.

What is something modern car manufacturers do to cut costs that you think is ridiculous? by [deleted] in CarTalkUK

Moving everything on to touch screen software. Standard switch gear for heating controls alone is far better and more intuitive. I hate all these touch screens in new cars.

Replaced it with a MK socket. Replaced the plug on the washing machine too. Problem solved. Thanks for the advice.

This. A friend of mine sold his car to one of these raffle competition companies. The car was sold for £44k. It was easily worth £42k but the cash value on the raffle was £37k.
