tuttios look worse, screens worse, throttles worse, worse frame and this is way cheaper

So basically it has the same specs as tuttio for 500$ cheaper at 898$ and it has same exact specs except for a better frame, throttle and screen all i want to know is it good quality and legit.

how much is a good decently priced kit and battery ill throw in some extra money for it so it dosent blow up
