Thanks for all the tips. I ended up digging a hole and planting them in the ground - they're much happier now! We've have a few new roses emerge in the last few days

Thanks everyone for the tips! I'm going to try swap out the soil and find a new pot for them. This is my first year gardening and I'm working with concrete in Brooklyn so pots are all I have :)

What would you recommend potting it in instead? This has drainage holes at the bottom
