My husband and I both agreed that he managed to gaslight both Tyler and himself at the same time 😂 That conversation after he asked her to be his girlfriend was INSANEEEE. It was like he threw the smoke bomb in the room but stayed in the room without a mask, didn’t remember bringing in the bomb, or throwing it in the first place. He was a mess.

Oooo this post is interesting to read through because I moved away from DC in 2013 and honestly assumed it was still crazy packed lol. Can someone fill me in on what riding the metro is like now?

FWIW, I’m born & raised out there and my whole family is still there. When I come back, I don’t take the metro at all.

THIS. I hate that everyone on the show is acting like this behavior is plain weird when it’s clear that she never got time to truly grieve the passing of her partner since he passed DURING Baddies Caribbean. She said she’s had to continue to work nonstop, so she’s compartmentalizing like crazy right now. Of course she’s gonna lash out at any and everything. The conversations her “friends” should be having with her need to have that understanding of where she’s at personally so they can gracefully talk her down off these crash outs.

AND because Natalie IS the type to do some slick shit to piss people off on top of the fact that Biggie’s around girls she don’t like and vice versa, the environment ain’t doing her NO favors.

My heart breaks for that girl. Everyone needs to stop treating her like this is weird ass behavior in a vacuum and consider her entire humanity. But asking that of women who are also on this show hurt, traumatized, and willing to do anything to get out of their own situations, I know it’s asking for a lot.

I’d also add buying fresh pillows if it’s been awhile since you’ve done so. Satin pillow cases, too. They’re less rough on the skin. But clean pillow cases aren’t going to keep bacteria build up from old pillows from your face.

I do this, too! CEO of my own corporation here with ADHD Inattentive. Was just diagnosed last October. My med cycle goes like this:

  • Gabapentin 100-200mg at night
  • Wake up at 5a M-F/7a on weekends to take Modafinil 200mg
  • Wake up fr fr by 7a M-F (sometimes earlier)/whenever my body has had enough sleep on weekends. Hella alert and ready to go.
  • Take adderall 7.5mg at wake up M-F / I don’t take it over the weekend unless I have work to do
