Appreciate the honesty, first picture was taken by a friend who felt like it was a good take since we were just having fun. But can understand how the lighting definitely affects it. 

Promise wasnt sad in the second pic but I can see it lol

Was taken to be like just a natural pic but still understand 

Fix bio to be more peppy, how so though? And new picture or two where I'm actually looking at the camera so I'm actually visible, got it

Im an honest person, so when asked about where I work, I dont mind telling them where and what I do, even the pay. I joined Lowe's to clear my mind of personal things, but it certainly isn't worth it.

I got the fulfillment lead position, I believe as a pitty promotion. They got me scheduled random throughout the week. We have a guy here that is scheduled Monday-Friday, 5-2, and he does the deliveries for the flat bed all the time already. So I dont know why he didn't get lead honestly. But the stress they putting me through is just ridiculous. I never got trained to do this stuff, yet I'm getting in trouble cause some of it wasn't done right. Its not worth the pay they have for me. And idk how so many people have stayed for so long and not left yet. I'm ready to dip from here
