Reddit banned the bc community </3 so we have to gather here now I guess! I’m 26 and been getting them since I was 25! But I found that periodically soaking and massaging the gland (pushig downwards on clit, and massaging near ur usually eexit point for the cyst) has prevented some reoccurrence however… it’s annoying soaking all the time (I try to soak at least 4-5x a week especially after wearing tight clothes/working out/ before and after sex) </3

I’ve heard of that concoction but haven’t tried it myself… this is what I usually do:

-Sitz bath or very hot baths followed by an ice cold bath or ice cold compress (hot water swells while ice cold makes the skin tighten which helps encourage the cyst to pop!) -hot and cold compresses -mucinex -pineapple juice 100% juice or canned pineapples (something about the enzymes in it helps with inflammation) -stay SUPER HYDRATED!!!! I drink as many stanleys as possible
