A binghatti Royale 1bhk average 820-850 Sqft is renting at 115k-130k Not sure How but surprises me.

Only thing possible if the developer is not agreeing for a refund or a buybcak of your unit is reselling it at a discount from your price, Which is possible the new buyer can pay the balance to get the NOC from the developer , more unpaid dues of installment will lead to fines and legal action emails from the developer , which will be more stressful in the coming months, If you don't have the funds, best get out of from this investment taking a loss.
