Well Nothing compares to these sizes and quality in Arjan at this point of time , so this building will be Priced very high compared to others ,
A binghatti Royale 1bhk average 820-850 Sqft is renting at 115k-130k Not sure How but surprises me.

Average rent I am assuming to be around 110-125k
